- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or was defective.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our policy requirements.
- If approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was defective.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sungowaterbottles.com and provide photos of the damage or defect.
- We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the cost of return shipping.
- We will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on availability.
